I’m a fan of the harmonious blend of melodious pop, restrained rock atmospheres, and enthralling jazz textures that are drawn by Jerome Sabbagh's compositions.
The quartet embarked on this journey with total self-assurance, exuberance, and gusto.

Flowing in an elegant and energetic way, the concert had its major peaks with the interventions of the outstanding guitarist Ben Monder, who usually collaborates in Sabbag's projects.
It was noticeable how Monder enjoys his moments of freedom, making use of his superior creativity and throwing in a bunch of alternative sounds in order to make these tunes even more memorable.

The less positive aspect had to do with Sabbagh’s saxophone whose sound was too low compared with the rhythm section composed of Gary Wang on bass and Nate Wood on drums.
