Currently shipping within the US only. Since every item is made just for you, please allow a little extra time — most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. We'll send tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Order Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes can only be made while your order status is "Waiting for Fulfillment" — once fulfillment begins, we're unable to make any changes.
Returns
Since every piece is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If something arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, email us at jazztrailstore@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with the following information, and we'll make it right:
